How this works.
Every engagement ends the same way: you know something you didn't know before, and you know what to do about it.
Start here — the fit call
Free · Twenty minutes
You tell me the decision you're stuck on. I tell you whether it's the kind of problem I'm good at.
No pitch. If we're not a fit, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.

For when you have a question, not a project.
Sometimes you don't need three weeks. You need someone outside the building to look at what you already have and tell you what it means.
Ninety minutes on the actual question, plus a written memo within three business days.
What happens
- You send materials in advance — deck, analytics, interview notes, support tickets
- We spend ninety minutes on the question, not on rapport-building
- You get a memo: what your evidence supports, what it doesn't, and what I'd do next
Best for: Teams with a specific decision and existing evidence they can't read. Or teams who want a low-risk way to work together before committing to a sprint.

Three weeks. Ends in a build / pivot / kill decision.
The core engagement. Structured customer discovery, rigorous synthesis, and a written recommendation you can act on immediately.
Week 1 — Frame
Define the decision. Identify what would have to be true. Design the research to test it. Recruit participants.
Week 2 — Listen
Eight to twelve structured interviews with people in your target segment. Live synthesis as we go, so patterns surface early rather than all at the end.
Week 3 — Decide
Full synthesis. Positioning work grounded in customer language. Written decision memo and a working session to walk through it.
Deliverables
- Decision memo — build, pivot, or kill, with the reasoning
- ICP definition based on observed behaviour, not assumption
- Messaging framework in your customers' own language
- Activation plan for the first five minutes of the product experience
Best for: Funded teams, pre-product-market fit, who need to commit resources and want to commit them in the right direction.

Discovery as a habit, not an event.
For teams post-sprint who want to keep listening. A standing cadence of customer conversations, synthesis, and a monthly read on what's changing.
Teresa Torres's benchmark for continuous discovery is weekly customer contact. Fewer than one in five teams hit it. This is how you become one of them without hiring for it.
What's included
- Four customer interviews per month, run and synthesized
- Monthly written signal report
- Standing working session
- Async access for in-the-moment decisions
Minimum three months. Sprint clients only. Contact for pricing.
